Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Reeves Media Group ("we," "us," "our") collects through reevesmediagroup.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only.

Effective 23 August 2026

Who we are and how to reach us

Reeves Media Group operates reevesmediagroup.com. For any question about this policy, or to make a request about your personal information, use the form at /contact — a person reads and replies to every message, usually within one business day.

We have not yet published a dedicated privacy mailbox or registered business address on this page. Once Reeves Media Group's registered entity details are confirmed, they will be added here; until then, /contact is the working channel for every request under this policy, and we treat every message that arrives there as such a request.

What the enquiry form collects

The strategy-call form on /contact collects the fields you fill in: your name, work email, organisation, a description of what you are trying to say, an optional date, and how you heard about us.

We only store what you submit if you tick the consent checkbox on that form. An unticked submission is not stored. Ticking the box means you agree that we may contact you about your enquiry and keep the details you submitted, as described in this policy.

AI assistant and conversational features

This site does not currently operate an AI chatbot or conversational assistant. The only way to reach us is the enquiry form described above.

If we introduce an AI-assisted feature that records conversations, we will update this section — and this policy — before that feature goes live, not after.

Cookies and analytics, and how consent is obtained

This site loads only the cookies required to run it until you actively accept anything more. The consent banner defaults to rejected, and your choice is stored in your browser under the key rmg-consent-v1.

As of the effective date above, we do not run any optional analytics or tracking scripts on this site at all — there is nothing currently waiting behind that consent gate. The banner exists so that if we add optional analytics later, nothing loads until you say yes, and you can change your mind at any time by clearing the rmg-consent-v1 value in your browser.

Third-party processors and where data is stored

Two infrastructure providers process data on our behalf: Vercel, which hosts and deploys this website, and Supabase, which hosts the database that stores enquiry-form submissions. Both are established infrastructure providers that may process data in the United States and other regions as part of their standard hosting operations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with any third party for that party's own marketing purposes.

Your rights under GDPR (EU/EEA/UK)

If data protection law in the EU, EEA or UK applies to you, you have the right to ask us to confirm what personal information of yours we hold, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Your rights under the CCPA/CPRA (California)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to request its deletion, and to request correction of inaccurate information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, so there is no opt-out to exercise on that point.

How to make an access, correction or deletion request, and our response time

Send your request through /contact and tell us what you are asking for. We will respond no later than 30 days after we receive it — the maximum response window under both GDPR and CCPA/CPRA — and in practice we expect to reply well before that.

Data retention periods

We keep enquiry-form submissions for as long as we are actively in conversation with you about the enquiry, and for up to 24 months afterward in case the conversation resumes. If no relationship develops within that window, we delete the record. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time through /contact.

How we notify you of changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update the effective date at the top of this page. If a change is material — for example, a new category of data we collect, or a new processor — we will say so plainly in this section for at least 90 days after the change.
